About Jim

After years in the residential remodeling business, Jim decided to shift his focus to his true passion-health and fitness. An avid runner and triathlete, Jim has competed in 70+ races around the world including all 6 world marathon majors, Empire State Building Run-Up, and multiple Ironman events.


Jim believes that maintaining one's health and fitness has to be a natural part of how one lives day to day. In todays hectic world achieving this lifestyle takes resolution, strength of mind, grit and determination-FORTITUDE.

Mobile Personal Training

Get fit in the privacy of your own home, office or residential gym. Work out safely and conveniently. Our scheduled appointments will keep you on track and help keep you motivated!
With our Mobile Personal Training Program, we go beyond instruction. Giving you full attention, we motivate and support you by setting goals, providing feedback and encouraging personal accountability. We will monitor, measure and evaluate your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.  What's your goal?  We can customize a program to get you there!


Partner Training

Two clients, one trainer is great for those who want the option to share their experience and cost with a friend or family member. Ideal for couples or friends committed creating a healthy lifestyle.


Small Group Training

With the camaraderie of a group, yet the attention of a more focused approach, our small group classes are designed to give you targeted performance, while still achieving your individual goals. This type of training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a reduced cost. The added motivation of having others working out with you pushes you to a new effort level. Our workouts are fun, high intensity, full body workouts designed to build muscle and burn fat. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from Small Group Training.


Whatever you many want to achieve - getting healthier, stronger, happier, losing the baby weight, bring more balance to your hectic life or simply just having some "you time", we can customize a program that helps you shine inside and out.
